Kids Crossfit

The 60 minute class is suitable for kids aged from 7 to 14 years old. Each session will include warm-up, stretching, skill of the day (such as squats or pull-ups), WOD (workout of the day) and game (dodgeball, tug of war or baseball). Each class will end with a final talk to recap what the children have learnt. We will make sure that there are no weights around the children. The area we use has plenty of kid-sized pull-up bars, jump ropes, rowing machines, soft balls, cones and jump boxes. There is a lot of space to run around and play games.
