Hulya’s yoga journey started after she got a serious injury (tendinitis) while she was training for a marathon in 2015. She discovered that yoga helped her heal her physical body and brought her peace of mind.

 

That’s when she was inspired to become a certified Hatha Yoga (500 RTY) Teacher. She is also qualified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Swing Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama.
