Body Language will hold a pre-iftar yoga session every Wednesday during the holy month of Ramadan. The class will focus on stillness and awareness, and use breathing techniques to calm and declutter your thoughts.

Maelin, our teacher from GuiLin, China has been living in Dubai for over 10 years.

strengthens communication, movement and a sense of togetherness. The structure of the classes are designed to be easy to learn and practice at home too.

Juku Martial Arts School has been operating in the United Kingdom since 1992 and in the United Arab Emirates since October 2012.


Budo Juku, meaning Martial Arts School in Japanese, delivers a professional standard of martial arts to both children and adults. Lessons are conducted with experienced instructors at the highest level and follow a very strict syllabus.
