Al Barari’s wonderful garden is the perfect place to practice yoga and salute the moon. According to Ayurveda, the full moon is a powerful healing force. It is associated with the energy of Kapha making it a time of fullness, cooling, calming, and nurturing.

MUM & BABY YOGA

Mum and Baby Yoga enriches the parent-baby bond during a session that
strengthens communication, movement and a sense of togetherness. The structure of the classes are designed to be easy to learn and practice at home too.
